Our policies are here to help you and our team have an amazing experience together. Failure to utilize any 14 day reschedule when contacted will result in a forfeit of reschedule. If this is the case, you will be contacted the DAY OF THE EVENT and given a 14 day reschedule for another class of equal value. If the National Weather Services releases a WARNING of inclement weather, or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation. Substitutions can be made, and anyone can attend in someone else’s absence. Refunds will not be given in the event that a host or guest cancels their reservation. You MUST cancel/reschedule 7 days in advance via email only to avoid a $200 cancellation/reschedule fee due to our high volume schedule. Private Parties: Should you need to cancel/reschedule a private party, there is a 7 day cancellation/reschedule policy. ***No reschedule will be given within 24 hours of the event, or in the event of a no-show. Failure to give 24hr cancellation notice, via email only, results in waste of supplies & loss of potential registrations, and forfeit of one-time 14 day class reschedule opportunity. No class reschedule extensions, no exceptions. For this reason, please note that if you are booking a reservation within 24 hours of the class, a reschedule will NOT be an option in the event you cannot attend class. Calling your reschedule or cancellation request in is not sufficient as we are not always in the studio. To receive a one-time 14 day reschedule towards another class you must email at least 24 hours before an event. ** Cancellation policy as follows: Refunds will not be given in the event that a customer cancels their reservation. We cannot accept any expired Gift Certificates. All previously purchased Gift Certificates expire after 90 days from purchase. Our studio does not offer Gift Certificates.

Due to our studio being small and high in volume, any artwork left at the Wine & Design studio longer than 7 days will be disposed of. Every person in the studio is required to have a paid admission – No non-painting guests – No exceptions. prior to class time on our online calendar.

PAINT AND SIP CLASS REGISTRATION

Registration and payment are required at least 1 hr. 21 and over may (BYOB) Bring Your Own Bottles – No Liquor. Groups with ages below 18, infants, or pets will be asked to leave an event, and all tickets/registrations will be forfeited. Arriving more than 30 minutes late to any class may result in a canceled class if you are the only painters, and will not be issued a refund or reschedule. Wine is the most popular drink of choice, but many of our guests opt for beer, liquor or lemonade.

Pinot's Palette studios are either BYOB or have bars built in them. We do not provide or sell alcohol or food. Paint and sip events combine a professionally-led painting class with a high-energy environment and a few drinks.
